Celebrate fall with this cozy homemade ice cream recipe made right in your Whynter Ice Cream Maker. Using Trader Joe’s fall favorites, you’ll get a smooth, spiced ice cream base with fun mix-ins and a crunchy topping.
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup Trader Joe’s Fall Haul Off Half & Half
- ½ cup Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew Concentrate
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup Trader Joe’s Mini Maple Marshmallows (mix-in)
- ¼ cup Trader Joe’s Maple Pecan Granola (topping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, half & half, pumpkin spice cold brew, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into your Whynter ICM-080-TL Ice Cream Maker.
- Churn for 40-60 minutes, or until the ice cream is thick and creamy.
- In the last 5 minutes of churning, add the mini maple marshmallows so they fold into the ice cream.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours for a firmer scoop.
- Serve topped with maple pecan granola for a crunchy finish.
