Easy Keto Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

Just 5 ingredients. No cooking. All the creamy goodness. 

Yields: 0.8 Quart 
Prep Time: 5 minutes 
Churn Time: 30–40 minutes 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt 

Shape Instructions: 

  1. Mix: 
    In a bowl or measuring cup, whisk all ingredients together until smooth and sweetener is fully dissolved.
  2. Churn: 
    Pour directly into your Whynter ICM-080 and churn for 30-40 minutes, or until thick and creamy. 
  3. Serve or freeze:
    Enjoy immediately as soft-serve, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer texture. 

 

Optional Add-Ins: 
Chopped nuts, sugar-free chocolate chips, or a swirl of almond butter (added in the last 5 minutes of churning).
