Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time the return is received.
  • Final sale, clearance, or custom items are not eligible for exchange.

 

To Request an Exchange:

1. Email us at support@whynter.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

 

2. We’ll confirm if the item is eligible and provide return instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process and ship the replacement item. Replacements typically ship within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Important Notes:

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
  • Customers are responsible for any price difference between the original and replacement item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All exchange returns include a 15% restocking fee.
  • Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy.
  • For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund
