Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Some products may be non-returnable (e.g., clearance items, custom orders). These exceptions will be noted on the product page.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Installed or used products
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Missing packaging or accessories
  • Products damaged from misuse or improper installation
  • Unauthorized returns (i.e., without prior approval)

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at support@whynter.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide return authorization (RMA), instructions, and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll confirm and issue your refund within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refund Notes:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All non-defective returns include a 15% restocking fee.
  • Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy.
  • This policy is not to be confused with the manufacturer's warranty, which continues even after the 30-day return policy expires.
