Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Your order number

Important:

  • Do not install or modify the item if it appears defective or incorrect. Installed items are no longer eligible for claims.
  • Retain all packaging and documentation. Discarding these may affect your ability to return the item.
