Freight Shipments: Inspection Required

If your order ships via freight or white glove service, you must inspect the item before signing the delivery receipt.

Before Signing:

  • Confirm the product matches your order.
  • Check the packaging for visible damage. If you notice damage beyond standard wear and tear, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at support@whynter.com or 866-949-6837.

Signing for a damaged package without noting issues may void your ability to file a claim.
