Unfortunately, I'm not sure where my review went, but we bought 2 because of other reviews and these DO NOT DISAPPOINT! Powerful, portable, and exactly what was needed to cool our place quickly and efficiently! Get yourself one if you need some nice, quick cooling!
I’ve been very impressed with your air conditioner—the unit delivers exceptionally cold air and operates quietly, which we greatly appreciate. However, we encountered an issue with the window panels: they are too large to fit our windows. Our windows swing out like doors, so the current panels don’t work effectively in our home.
We temporarily improvised a solution that works well, but we’re seeking a more permanent, reliable option. Could you please provide recommendations or options for a permanent curtain or accessory that accommodates the large hose connection and fits our window design?

quiet, powerful, easy to set up
This unit got me through a 90+ degree LA heatwave. Kept my apartment around 78 degrees which is 10+ degrees cooler than before - Life changing. Not too loud or intrusive, sleek design. Recommend!
This is my second unit, one on the first floor fiving room and one in the master bedroom, and the second is performing as flawlessly as the first. Inverter with dual hose is the way to go.
Two months after purchasing the unit, cooling performance has been excellent all summer. The unit is very quiet on low and medium, high is only slightly more noticable. Powerful, it's easily maintaining a comfortable temperature in an apartment larger than it's stated capacity. The engineering and sizing options for the window installation kit need improvement, however. It was unexpectedly difficult to install in my 39" window using a central vent placement - I had to buy tools. Overall, highly recommended as a top quality portable AC, but be prepared in some cases for challenges with the window kit.
Works great! Cools room down in no time. Last unit I bought from another manufacturer we did not cool room even after 6 hours. Just had this one runningfor two days straight and no issues.! Love it.
This unit is a life saver, 10/10 would recommend anyone get this.
